How can I request a room?

How are the rooms divided?
Our guest house has eight rooms with two or three single beds each. Tell us your dates and number of guests – we check current availability and put together the right room combination for you.
Are kitchen, shower, and toilet shared?
Yes. The house has two floors with four rooms each. Each floor has one kitchen, one shower with toilet, and one additional separate toilet.
Is parking available?
Yes. About 10 parking spaces are available at the property, also for vans and larger company vehicles.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Each floor has a shared kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
Are there rooms for tradespeople in Lüneburg?

Are longer stays possible?
Yes. Longer business stays are common. Discounts may be available for extended periods – but only if the stay is continuous, without a break. If you check out for the weekend and return the following week, that starts a new stay at the applicable rate. We confirm the exact price in your quote.
Can several rooms be requested at once?
Yes. The house has eight rooms. For teams and company inquiries we are happy to check several rooms at the same time.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival at any time by arrangement. Departure by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person. A key safe is planned.
Are towels provided?
Bed linen is provided free of charge; a fresh set is supplied weekly. Guests please bring their own towels.
How is cleaning handled?
Kitchen, shower, and toilet are cleaned daily. Rooms are cleaned on departure. For stays under 5 nights we charge an additional €30 final cleaning fee.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or cash, in advance or on arrival. Card payments are not accepted. VAT is shown on the invoice.
Can I smoke or bring pets?
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are possible on request.
How can I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to seven calendar days before arrival. Six to three calendar days before arrival we charge 50% of the agreed overnight rate; later or in case of no-show, 90%. You may show that no damage or substantially lower damage was incurred; income from re-letting is credited.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Company invoices are common. Please provide company details in your inquiry.
